Route 100 Resurfacing to Shut Down Traffic in June

A three-mile stretch of Route 100 in Montgomery County will be shut down nightly for about a month starting Tuesday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said Friday.

The repair and paving of three miles will be in Douglass and Upper Pottsgrove townships, between Farmington Avenue and the Berks County border, PennDOT said.

The $6.4 million project, contracted by the state to Allan Myers LP, of Worcester, Montgomery County, will be completed by late July.

The stretch of Route 100 will be closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
