Police responded to a robbery report in Bensalem on Friday around 5:30 p.m.
The incident happened at the Dunkin' Donuts on 3401 Street Road.
Police say that the alleged robber jumped over the counter, pulled out a knife and told the clerk to open the register.
After the clerk opened it, police say the robber took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled out of the store on foot. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
Police also say that the suspect was in the store the day before and was driving a blue or green late model Jeep Cherokee.
The suspect is described as a white male between his late 30s and mid 40s. He was last seen wearing a green hat, tan jacket and blue jeans.
