Philadelphia Police and the FBI are searching for a woman who robbed a West Philadelphia bank.

On Friday, police say the woman entered the PNC Bank located at 19 South 52nd Street at about 11:10 a.m. and handed a teller a demand note. She then ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect was last seen on the 5200 block of Ludlow Street.

She is described as 40 years old, approximately 5-foot-2-inches-tall, medium build, with short dreadlocks. Police say she wore a black zip-front hooded jacket.

The woman is considered armed and dangerous.
