Pedestrian Hit in Chester Heights Crash

One person was hit and a vehicle caught fire after a two-car crash in Delaware County.

The incident happened along Baltimore Pike and Valleybrook Road near Wawa Corporate University’s training center in Chester Heights shortly before noon.

The roadway was shut down right after the accident but was reopened around 1 p.m.

There is no word yet on the victim's condition.
