Delaware State police have arrested two men in connection with more than 40 burglaries in western Sussex County.
Troopers say the daytime burglaries have occurred since May and the thieves made off with electronics, firearms, jewelry and cash. Police say evidence recovered at the scene of one crime led to the arrests.
Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher J. Stoe of Laurel was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with nearly 150 offenses. Twenty-eight-year-old James Passwaters of Bridgeville was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with nearly 140 offenses.
