Police and the FBI are investigating an anonymous bomb threat for the Penn State-Nebraska game at Beaver Stadium, according to Penn State Live.

Penn State Live reports that the threat was received Friday night. Police searched the stadium with bomb-sniffing dogs both Friday night and Saturday morning but found nothing.

Police have taken increased security measures for Saturday’s 12 p.m. game. It’s the first game for the Nittany Lions since child sex-abuse charges were made against former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. It’s also the team’s last home game of the season.

Anyone attending the game who witnesses anything suspicious is urged to call police immediately at 814-863-1111, 9-11 or speak to any approaching officers in the stadium.
