Man Accused of Secretly Recording Co-Workers

An investigation was launched after a female worker found a cell phone recording video in the female changing area

Charles Kolimaga, 43, of Coatesville, Pa. has been arrested for 17 counts of invasion of privacy after police say he was caught recording video of female co-workers.

The investigation was launched after a female employee of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Chester County found a cell phone that was recording video in the female changing area.

West Goshen Township Police say as a result of that investigation, additional videos allegedly recorded by Kolimaga were also discovered.

Police say that female employees were seen undressing in the videos. The victims were all employees of the surgery center, and police want to stress that no patients were recorded.

Kolimaga was arraigned and released on $10,000 bail.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 2nd.
