A concert tour rehearsal studio in central Pennsylvania is trying to be a better neighbor by keeping down the noise.
Lancaster Online reports Rock Lititz is thickening its walls and adding acoustic seals to doors and vents.
The massive facility in Lancaster County opened in September. Residents have since reported physical and mental problems from low-frequency sounds and vibrations escaping from the building.
Neighbors said the sound checks and rehearsals are causing sleep disruption, migraines and smashed glassware.
Rock Lititz officials said Wednesday they hope to have the soundproofing completed by the end of the year.
