Investigators say a kitchen fire caused alarm at a five-story apartment complex in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia this afternoon.
Firefighters rushed to the scene just after 2 p.m. after getting a call that smoke was coming from the building located at 1221 Fairmount Avenue.
It turned out to be a fire in one unit where "a pot of food got out of control," according to the battalion chief on the scene.
