Police are searching for four suspects who they say beat and robbed a man inside a local supermarket.

Police are searching for four suspects who they say beat and robbed a man inside a local supermarket.

It happened last Saturday shortly before 10 p.m. at the Pathmark on 85 Franklin Mills Boulevard. Police say a 47-year-old man was approached by three men and a woman. One man began to attack him and struck him with a glass bottle, according to investigators. Police say the victim then fell to the floor and the other three suspects began to kick and punch him.

One suspect then allegedly took the victim’s money clip containing $100 in cash. All four suspects then fled the store. Investigators say they drove away in a 4-door hatchback, possibly a Chevrolet Aveo.

The first suspect is described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male, standing 5-foot-8 with a medium complexion. Police say he was last seen wearing earrings, a nose ring, baseball hat, blue jacket, t-shirt and tan shorts.

The second suspect is described as a 20-year-old, dark skinned Hispanic male, standing 6-feet with an afro and goatee. Police say he was last seen wearing glasses, a red long sleeve shirt and tan pants.

The third suspect is described as a Hispanic or Asian man with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a blue track suit, according to police.

Finally, the fourth suspect is described as a Hispanic female with dark hair, mid black length. She was last seen wearing a red coat and blue jeans, according to police.
