Drexel Hill Family Busted in Theft Ring

Three family members from Drexel Hill were arrested for allegedly stealing more than $25,000 in merchandise from area Kohl’s stores.

Police say that Ismet Fetic, 52, wife Snezana Fetic, 49, and daughter Emina, 29, were arrested on Tuesday following a four-month investigation.

The family is accused of stealing high-end appliances including Dyson vacuums and Kitchen Aid mixers from various Kohl’s stores in seven counties across Pennsylvania as well as locations in New Jersey and Delaware, according to investigators.

Authorities say the Fetics’ MO was to switch a high price tag for a lower price tag and make their purchases. They would then sell the high-priced item on eBay, for a price lower than Kohl’s.

The company estimates that their retail loss totals more than $25,000.

Police say the family has been stealing from Kohl’s since March 2011.

The family is in Delaware County Prison awaiting a preliminary. Their hearings are set for August 30.
