Delaware State Police say detectives got information that one of the men would be delivering a large amount of heroin in Sussex County.

On Monday night, troopers saw the man's BMW drive into a McDonald's in Rehoboth Beach.

Police say they found 585 bags of heroin weighing nearly 9 grams in the trunk of the car.

They arrested the driver and two passengers on charges of heroin possession with intent to distribute and related counts.

The driver was identified as 19-year-old Darin Copeland of Wilmington.

The passengers were identified as 18-year-old Shaquan Guilford of Wilmington and 40-year-old Marc Mackay of Hockessin.
