One person was hurt Tuesday in a car fire on I-95 in South Philadelphia.
The victim, a man in his 30’s, was rushed to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with burns.
It happened just south of Packer Avenue and snarled rush hour traffic.
All lanes were closed while emergency crews put out the flames. The northbound lanes are open, but only one southbound lane is getting by.
