Five people were hospitalized after getting sick from chlorine fumes at a Northeast Philadelphia gym.
Fire crews say the incident was reported around 12:30 p.m. at the LA Fitness located at 2550 Grant Avenue. Authorities say there was too much chlorine in the swimming pool.
The victims were taken to area hospitals and are listed in stable condition.
The facility is currently closed.
