A café selling macarons, pastries and tea is coming soon to Old City.
Ici Macarons & Café at 230 Arch St. will be opening its doors in mid-August, according to its owner.
The café is situated between restaurant Chloe and women's apparel shop The A-List Look, and a few doors down from Tartes Fine Cakes and Pastries.
