Celebs Turned Politicians: Alec Baldwin Considers A Run for Office

Alec Baldwin is considering a run for New York City mayor in 2013, NBC New York has confirmed. The confirmation comes in the wake of Democratic Party instability surrounding Anthony Weiner's sexting scandal. The born-and-raised Long Island Democrat has said for many years that he would like to work in government, and has been floated as a possible candidate for various offices.
