Almost all of the rain today came down Sunday morning, almost all because there are a few showers still moving through the area this evening. The rain will not last long and will only be around early this evening, later tonight it will not be raining but will be getting cooler.
It gets a lot cooler starting Monday night. Another storm moving out of the Great Lakes drags a cold front through late Monday that could lead to a shower. The wind will pick up late Monday and Tuesday as the cold air moves in. Temperatures will be about 10-15 degrees cooler Tuesday compared to Monday (highs 62-65).
The wind will diminish a bit Wednesday night and Thursday but that allows the temperature to really drop at night. Lows in a few suburbs could drop below 40 both mornings with the city seeing lows in the mid 40s.
Warm air will return finally on Saturday but as the warm air moves in, so do the clouds. Eventually a shower will be possible on Saturday.
