Power problems disrupted trolley service in Philadelphia Monday morning.
SEPTA buses operated in place of trolleys on routes 11, 13, 34 and 36 between the 40th Street portal and their final destinations as the work week got underway. By 7:30 a.m., all service had resumed as normal except for on the Route 11 trolley, which continued to operate shuttle buses from 58th and Woodland to the Darby Loop, said SEPTA.
Passengers should expect residual delays, said SEPTA.
