Free Beer For Earth Day

Donating your old stuff earns you a free beer.

    Free Beer For Earth Day
Bring in those old glasses, jeans or cell phones and get a free draft beer.

In honor of Earth Day, Drinker’s is giving a free Bud Light draft to anyone who brings in (and donates) old eyeglasses, cell phones or those jeans that are never going to fit you again, no matter how much you try to convince yourself otherwise.

Your shades will be donated to the Gift of Sight, a program that gives glasses to people that need them. That old cell will be dropped off at a recycling facility and the metal will be put back in circulation decreasing the need of mining. Your jeans will be used for insulation in homes built by Habitat for Humanity.

Wow, who knew there’s so many uses for your old crap?

Cold Beer for Gear begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 10 on Thursday, April 22 at Drinker’s Tavern, Drinker’s Pub and Drinker’s West.
