One Night Only

Dancing and doing good go hand-in-hand

Tickets for this year's annual "Shut Up & Dance" benefit (now in its 17th year) are currently on sale for the event's one-night-only performance on March 28th. It's a great way to watch professionals dance and give to a worthy cause at the same time – neither of which happens when you flail around your living room by yourself.

"Shut Up & Dance" is a series of works choreographed and performed by members of the Philadelphia Ballet so the old-school rules of tutus and classical music don't necessarily apply. Meaning, the fellas might actually enjoy themselves!

Tickets for the event range from $50-$200 with proceeds going to MANNA, a local organization that provides meals to home-bound people suffering from life-threatening illnesses. For an additional charge, purchase a "Dancing Duo" ticket which gets you a seat at the performance and into the "Shout with Sole" after-party at the Loews hotel, where you'll be able to get your amateur groove on with the dancers from the show. You'd better start practicing in the living room.
