Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients:
2         cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2/3      cup sugar
1         Tbsp. baking powder
1/2      Tsp. salt
1         Egg
3/4     Cup whole Milk
3        Tbsp. vegetable or corn oil
3/4     Cup chopped cranberries
2 1/2  Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 3/4  bsp. chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.  Ad remaining ingredients and
with dough hook mix just until all flour is moistened. Do not over mix or the bread will be tough. Fill greased loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until done.
2. Let rest and remove from pan.
3. Serve
