Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, 1 tsp. if dried
1 Tbsp. Worsteshire sauce
2 teaspoons Phillips Seasoning (or to taste)
Preparation Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Cook in 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a frying pan until browned.
