Beef Stroganoff with Kasha

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef sirloin
2 lbs onions
1 lbs mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of sour cream or heavy cream
1 cup fresh parsley
A teaspoon of salt & pepper
Kasha/mashed potatoes or egg noodles as a side

Directions:
1. Cut the meat into strips and season it with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil and drop in the onions until they are soft, then drop in the garlic and make sure it doesnโ€™t burn. (You can use olive oil or vegetable oil)
3. Throw in the meat and cook it on low heat for a few hours until the meat is tender and melts in your mouth.
4. After the meat is tender, throw in the sour cream or heavy cream, fresh parsley and mushrooms and let all the flavors marinate together.
5. For the side, you can either do kasha or mashed potatoes, as well as egg noodles.
