The Amherst Bowl is becoming quite a tradition on The Main Line.

Each year, father-son teams get together in Merion for a Thanksgiving morning of football, quite a bit of trash talkin' and a little hot chocolate.

And each year, The Amherst Bowl raises money for these three organizations (in case you want to donate):

A holiday tradition brings fathers and sons together in Lower Merion for the Amherst Bowl. A dozen teams pair off for two hand touch football games. The competition is fierce while the guys work up an appetite for the holiday feast that's waiting for them at home. The games raise money for local charities.
