Yes, all of Philadelphiia has welcomed Carlos Ruiz back to Philadelphia with open arms. That includes the Phillie Phanatic who was seen giving Chooch an adorable hug before today's game in which Chooch was starting and batting eighth.
Chooch has received quite a welcome from the Philly faithful. Even his Mariners teammates have been impressed.
