When you ask many Philadelphia sports fans of a certain age what the most memorable Sixers moment they ever witnessed was, Allen Iverson stepping over Tyronn Lue in Game 1 of the 2001 NBA Finals frequently comes up.
People in their mid-to-late-30s may have memories of Julius Erving and Charles Barkley playing for the Sixers but they never saw the franchise win anything. Then Iverson came along.
Okay, so he never won the big one either, but A.I.'s squad provided what was the most memorable run in Philly sports in my lifetime until the 2008 WFC Phillies did their thing.
The folks at Reebok are commemorating Iverson's Game 1 steez against the Los Angeles Lakers with a limited edition "Playoff Pack" of the black and white Answer IV sneaks he wore during that game.
Good luck getting your hands on a pair though as they're limited to just 500 pairs. They come with a special Finals sweatband and include an image of Iverson stepping over Lue on the box.
The official release date is to be determined.

Speaking of A.I., Philly fans will have a chance to see him hoop it up at the Wells Fargo Center this summer when he laces up some Answers for Ice Cube's Big3 League in July. Cube spoke to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski about Iverson's importance to the League as well as his failed rap career.
