Eagles Injury Update: Brent Celek Suffers Fractured Rib

Brent Celek, who appeared to be in considerable pain on Sunday night, suffered a rib fracture in the loss to the Giants, head coach Doug Pederson said.

While Celek won’t practice on Wednesday, Pederson expects to have Celek available for this upcoming game against the Falcons at the Linc.

Bennie Logan, who has missed the last three games with a groin strain, appears to be recovering; he’ll practice on Wednesday.

Allen Barbre (left hamstring straing) is “getting better.”

“We'll see where he’s at, obviously, by the end of the week,” Pederson said.

Special teams player and safety Terrence Brooks suffered a left hamstring strain and is week to week. He won’t practice Wednesday.

Eagles fulfill a need drafting cornerback Quinyon Mitchell

The Quinyon Mitchell vs. James Bradberry competition is officially over

Nolan Carroll (hamstring) should be fine, according to Pederson. So should Jordan Hicks (ankle), Chris Maragos (hamstring), Leodis McKelvin (hamstring), and Halapoulivaati Vaitai (right shin contusion).

Special teams linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill is “still nursing” his right hamstring injury, but Pederson said Grugier-Hill would be put through drills on Monday and might be available for Sunday.

DT Taylor Hart (ankle) is also “doing good,” according to Pederson.
