The Phillies have placed reliever Jeanmar Gomez on the 10-day DL, retroactive to May 6, with a right elbow impingement.
To fill his spot on the roster, utility man Ty Kelly has been recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Meanwhile, starter Aaron Nola (back) will make a rehab start at Triple A on Wednesday night and he works to return.
