DeSean Jackson touches down in Philly: 'Unreal, it's a blessing'

Did you feel a jolt of electricity pulse through the Delaware Valley about an hour ago? That's because DeSean Jackson, one of the most exciting offensive weapons to ever put on an Eagles uniform, is officially back in town.

Jackson has returned for another stint in Eagles' green after he was traded by the Tampa Bay Bucs back to the Birds on Monday.

Now that Jackson has landed back on Philadelphia soil and had a day to process the reunion, he's as pumped as ever.

NBC Sports Philadelphia's John Clark caught up with DeSean shortly after he touched down at Philadelphia International Airport on Tuesday evening.

"It feels great. Unreal," Jackson said of being back with the Eagles. "It's a blessing."

Jackson said "we'll see" about getting No. 10 back, the number currently owned by receiver Mack Hollins.

Jackson clearly isn't the only person excited about his return to the City of Brotherly Love. Carson Wentz is going to benefit from having the speedy wide receiver around more than anybody. And then there are all of the Philly fans who can dust off their old No. 10 Jackson jerseys (if Mack Hollins gives up the number).

It's been an exciting few days for Birds fans thanks to a busy Howie Roseman.

For even more analysis of DeSean's retun to Philly, give Reuben Frank and Dave Zangaro's Eagle Eye podcast a listen, where they dig into DJacc's historically great productivity and much more.
