Not long after the Eagles announced Carson Wentz's extension Thursday night, Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence made sure to let his Twitter account do the talking.
"Sack master of the Dallas Cowboys," as Lawrence refers to himself in his Twitter bio, owns zero sacks in nine career games against the Eagles, as NBC Sports Philadelphia's Marc Farzetta astutely pointed out.
Lawrence is also signed to a five-year, $105 million contract, with the ink still wet from April.

But, for some reason, Wentz's extension hit a nerve.
The richer they get, the better it feels when we humble they a**. — DeMarcus Lawrence (@TankLawrence) June 7, 2019
Well, Lawrence has yet to experience that feeling against the Eagles.
Maybe he's referring to NFL quarterbacks in general. Guys at the position are earning record contracts and QBs are easily the highest-paid players in the sport.
But what else do you expect? It's the most important position in the sport. It's why every single team wants a "franchise quarterback."
Regardless, Lawrence's tweet was tied to Wentz and the Eagles, a response to the team's announcement of the extension, which came out about an hour before the Cowboy hit up his Twitter account instead of remembering he has seldom hit an Eagles quarterback.

The Eagles play in Dallas on Sunday night, Oct. 20, and host the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 22.
The $105 million man will try to finally achieve that elusive feeling of humbling the Eagles and their quarterback.
