Kendra's Coming Back — Oh Yeah, Hank Too

Eagles resign former Bird to a one-year deal

The Eagles resigned former Bird Hank Baskett Friday.

Baskett was with the Birds from 2006 until last season when he was released after Week 1. The 27-year-old wide receiver wound up landing with the Colts where he played a critical roll in the Super Bowl by fumbling away an onside kick that helped propel the Saints to victory.

But, enough about Baskett let’s talk about his wife Kendra Wilkinson.

The Girls Next Door reality star will be donning Eagles green again. She became one of the most famous Birds fans during Baskett’s first tenure in Philly -- she should now get to regain that distinction.

And Kendra and Hank have company this time around. The couple welcomed Hank IV into the world last December.

All in all this was an easy move for the Eagles to make and a great move for the people of Philly.

Yes, Baskett boggled one of the biggest plays in Super Bowl history but otherwise he is trusted special teams player who could also be used for the long ball on offense (He has three TD receptions of more than 85 yards).

“I’m glad we had a chance to get Hank back in Philadelphia,” said head coach Andy Reid. “Not only has he proven himself to be a productive receiver, but he also does a solid job on special teams. He’s a team player and his main focus has and always will be on helping his team win games. On top of all that, he’s a quality person.”

And of course Kendra, a former Playboy Playmate, should bring sexy back to Philly’s reality as could be on display her self-titled E! Show.
