A western Pennsylvania funeral director has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman in her sleep, after first coaxing the woman's boyfriend out of an apartment with a report that lights were left on in a parked vehicle.
The New Castle News on Wednesday reported the charges filed against 51-year-old Harold Marshall Jr., of Ellwood City.
Police say Marshall went to a nearby apartment about 3 a.m. Sunday to alert a man staying there about the vehicle's lights.
Police say that man had been having sex with a woman, but went outside to investigate for several minutes. That's when, police say, the woman fell asleep only to be awakened by Marshall who was allegedly fondling her.
A relative who answered the phone at Marshall's funeral home Wednesday says he's not commenting on the charges.
