Toddler Struck, Killed By Fuel Tanker Driven By His Dad

A central Pennsylvania toddler was struck and killed three days before his third birthday by a fuel tanker truck being driven by his father.

State police in Lebanon County said the boy was hit as the tanker truck was was backing up in the driveway of his Heidelberg Township home Wednesday evening.

Officials said the man behind the wheel was the boy's father, 36-year-old Meryle Ray Sensenig.
 
County coroner Jeffrey Yocum pronounced the boy dead at the scene, ruling the death accidental.
