Police and SWAT officers were at a home on the 100 block of West Clarkson Avenue in Olney where they say a suspect barricaded himself inside early Wednesday morning.
The suspect surrendered to authorities just before 6:30 a.m.
Investigators on scene tell NBC10 the suspect is related to a nearby break-in.
