Still No Closure in Decade After Woman's Body Found Outside Polling Place

Prosecutors are seeking leads in a 2006 cold case slaying that left a mother of two dead behind a polling place in New Jersey.

Desiree McGraw's body was found behind the Jericho Fire Company building in Deptford as it prepared to open for a primary election 10 years ago. The 27-year-old mother of two children died of a single gunshot.

Her death was characterized as "premeditated murder" and not a random act. The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office says robbery did not appear to be a motive and drug involvement was one possibility.

McGraw lived briefly with a family member in West Deptford before her death. She is survived by her mother and sister. Her father, Fred McGraw, died in 2012.

An $8,000 reward remains in effect for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
