Delaware State Police charged a man Tuesday with raping an 11-year-old girl in her Smyrna home.
Troopers said a relative of the child contact authorities after allegedly finding a man known to her having inappropriate contact with the 11-year-old inside her bedroom.
Investigators said a similar incident by the same man had occurred in October.
Police arrested 30-year-old Adrian Rigby of Smyrna on Monday. He is charged with two counts of rape.
