Philadelphia Police say they have a person in custody for the robbery of Republic Bank at 16th and Market Street on Tuesday.
The person was located at 18th and Callowhill just before 1:00 p.m., police confirm to NBC10. The identity of the suspect hasn't been released.
Witnesses say as the suspect ran from the Republic Bank, a red dye pack exploded.
