A Police van transporting prisoners crashed on Interstate 76 westbound Tuesday morning, authorities say.
There were prisoners in the van at the time of the crash, according to authorities, though they haven’t yet released the total number of prisoners in the accident.
Emergency medical officials were called to the accident that happened on I-76 at about 10:40 a.m. , authorities say.
Authorities were seen transferring the prisoners to another vehicle near 30th Street Station.
No injuries have been reported.
