Barnes Foundation Hires Met Veteran for ‘Advancement'

The Barnes Foundation has pegged a Philadelphia native and 34-year Metropolitan Museum of Art veteran to leads its advancement program in a newly created position.

Nina McNeely Diefenbach will be The Barnes Foundation's deputy director for advancement, effective April.

"With her proven track record of advancement leadership, expertise in audience and membership development, and extensive experience planning and executing capital initiatives, she is the ideal person to lead the Barnes Foundation’s new advancement division," Executive Director Thom Collins said in a statement.
