The owners of three food trucks and a Rittenhouse Square restaurant have launched a catering business division to keep up with growing demand.
Last year, Mike Sultan and Carolyn Nguyen of Taco Mondo and Street Food Philly partnered with Alan Krawitz of Say Cheese to open Revolution Taco in Rittenhouse Square.
Since opening the restaurant in January β and since the partners expanded the presence of their food trucks β catering requests have tripled, calling for the need to form a catering division, 33rd Street Hospitality Catering.
"We get an average of two calls or emails a day now for catering, and we have jobs booking for 2018 already," Sultan said.
