An apparent domestic dispute left a person dead inside a Delaware County home today.
County dispatchers say that a person was stabbed to death inside a home on the 800 block of Parkridge Drive in Nether Providence, Pa.
The Medical Examiner's Office later reported that the victim was a 55-year-old man and that his wife allegedly stabbed him.
It was unclear when the homicide occurred but police remained on the scene into the early evening.
No word on arrests.
