Unprecedented flooding from Harvey has created a catastrophe across southeast Texas and parts of Louisiana — leaving behind a swath of destruction that has yet to be fully understood.
Harvey's victims will travel a long road to recovery and they need our help getting there.
That's why NBC10, Telemundo62 and Comcast teamed up with the American Red Cross to support the victims of Harvey through our Hurricane Relief Drive.
For 13 hours Thursday, an army of volunteers — including sports legends and even the Phillie Phanatic — took calls from Harvey Heroes all across the Philadelphia region.
Thousands of calls came in and we were able to raise more than $1 million thanks to small donations from individuals and families and large pledges from local companies including Wawa, Parx Casino, NRG, Toyota, and Essity.
