Jury Deliberating Sex Case Against Former PA Museum CEO

A federal court jury is set to resume deliberations on child pornography charges against the former CEO of central Pennsylvania museum.

Sixty-seven-year-old Christopher G. Lee is in federal court in Williamsport on charges he possessed child pornography on computers and his cellphone. He's also charged with obstructing justice for allegedly asking his cousin to wipe images from his phone.

Lee has been jailed since October 2014 on charges he enticed a teen to cross state lines to have sex with him at Boal Mansion Museum in Boalsburg, where students from around the world work as volunteer guides. He'll face a separate trial on those charges.

Lee's attorney argued nearly 70,000 images Lee allegedly possessed had been deleted from computers. Federal prosecutors say someone had to delete the items, and that Lee controlled the computers.
