Driver Charged in Death of Pa. Executive

Authorities in eastern Pennsylvania have filed charges against a driver accused of killing a local business executive as she jogged.

Police arrested 56-year-old Mark Miller of Fleetwood on Thursday. He's charged with vehicular homicide, DUI and related offenses in the death of Sally Miksiewicz, 52.
 
Miksiewicz, the CEO of East Penn Manufacturing ,died of head injuries June 20 after Miller's pickup truck hit her on a road near her home, police said.

Miller was taken into custody after the accident but released pending further investigation. On Thursday, he was being held in the Berks County Prison. No attorney was listed in court papers.
 
East Penn Manufacturing is a battery maker near Reading with thousands of employees. Miksiewicz was also a trustee at Moravian College in Bethlehem.
