Double-Shooting Witness Gets Shot in Face

A man who witnessed a double-shooting in South Philadelphia on Wednesday was shot in the face and killed the very next day.

The victim was 21. His shooting may have been a revenge move, according to police -- retaliation for Wednesday's killing, which was about four blocks away.

Rahfee Yates, 20, was shot to death on Wednesday. The second shooting victim was an innocent bystander, a teen, 14, who was sitting on the front steps of a home near S. 6th and Mifflin. He was recovering in the hospital after being hit once in the thigh and four times in the back.

Thursday's shooting happened around noon in the neighborhood of S. 9th and McClellan.
