A Philadelphia man was arrested after he allegedly shot his neighbor.
The shooting occurred on the 4700 block of Meridian Street at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday. The 20-year-old man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot his 21-year-old neighbor three times, striking him in the back, stomach and left arm.
The 21-year-old victim was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital where he is currently in critical condition.

The neighbor was later identified by witnesses as the shooter and arrested, according to investigators.
Police have not yet revealed the motive behind the shooting. Witnesses said they heard an argument prior to the shooting however.
Police did not recover a weapon but found five shell casings near the scene of the shooting.
