A crash along Interstate 95 Tuesday morning backed up traffic and left a car backward on a barricade.
SEPTA Transit Police Chief Thomas J. Nestel III captured the scene along I-95 southbound between the Academy Road (Exit 32) and Cottman Avenue (Exit 30) in Northesat Philadelphia.
A sedan got turned around and wound up on the media around 10:40 a.m. causing traffic to slow approaching the scene but the roadway remained open.
Medics rushed one person to Aria-Toressdale Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
