Fire crews were busy Thursday afternoon fighting a large fire at an apartment building in Northeast Philadelphia.
The blaze began around 3:30 p.m. at a building on the 200 block of Ernest Way, according to authorities. The fire was under control by 4:30.
SkyForce10 was over the scene as firefighters work to extinguish the flames in the five-story building.
Residents were evacuated safely and no injuries were reported. Fourty-seven people were displaced for the night by the blaze, according to the Red Cross.
