More than a dozen Delaware State Police troopers are moving up the ranks.
A promotion ceremony was scheduled Friday at Delaware State University in Dover to recognize 18 troopers who were recently promoted to sergeant, lieutenant and captain.
Gov. Jack Markell and Attorney General Matt Denn were among the elected officials scheduled to be on hand for the event.
