Officials have determined that a substance found inside a Center City high rise is not harmful.
Officials say the substance was discovered inside a building on 100 South Broad Street Friday afternoon.
A Hazmat crew was called to the scene. They later determined that the substance was not dangerous though they have not yet revealed what it was.
Sansom and Broad streets were closed due to the hazmat situation. Officials say it should reopen momentarily.
